Farmingdale, NY| The fourth seeded St. Joseph's College (L.I.) baseball team takes on the top-seeded Farmingdale State Rams (20-15) in the Skyline Conference Championship game on Tuesday evening at Farmingdale State College.  For Farmingdale, who are 2-1 in the tournament, looks to capture its eighth Skyline Conference title in nine years, while the Golden Eagles will look to capture its second Skyline Championship since 2004.

The Golden Eagles (23-10) opened the tournament with a 6-3 victory over the Rams in 12 innings on Saturday morning. Today's probable starter Josh Outsen received the win tossing 2.2 innings allowing zero runs and one hit, while striking out one batter. Second Team All-Conference member Nick Girardi went one-for-three on the day scoring three runs and recording an RBI. The Golden Eagles currently leads the tournament with a 2-0 record and just need one win to earn a trip to the NCAA's.
