22 Track and Field Athletes Land on NJAC’s All-Academic Team

Pitman, NJ| A total of 22 St. Joseph's College (L.I.) student-athletes were named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic Team for the 2016-17 academic year, as announced by the conference Thursday morning.

The men's indoor and outdoor track and field teams saw 12 of its members earn academic honorable mentions, while the women's teams saw 10.

To be eligible for the squad, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior who has competed in a conference-sponsored sport while achieving a minimum grade point average of 3.20. First and second-team selections were made by each of the league's 10 full-member institutions.
