Skyline Fall Festival Set For Nov. 7-8 at Purchase College

New York, N.Y. – The second annual Skyline Conference Fall Festival, presented by Formé Urgent Care & Wellness Center, will be held on Nov. 7-8 on the campus of Purchase College.

The two-day event will include the semifinals of the women’s volleyball championship on Friday, Nov. 7, along with the title matches of the men's and women's soccer and women’s volleyball championships on Saturday, Nov. 8. All told, eight teams and approximately 200 student-athletes will be gathering on the Purchase campus to compete for league titles and NCAA Tournament berths.

In addition, the Skyline Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Purchase College Department of Athletics will host an on-campus Clothing Drive for local domestic abuse shelters.

The inaugural Skyline Fall Festival in 2013 attracted more than 1,800 spectators to the campus of Mount Saint Mary in Newburgh, N.Y., as league titles were captured by Farmingdale State (women’s soccer), St. Joseph’s-L.I. (women’s volleyball), and Mount Saint Mary (men’s soccer).

“The feedback last year from student-athletes, coaches and fans was extremely positive and we look forward to another exciting weekend of competition,” says Skyline Commissioner Linda Bruno.
