Men’s Cross Country Runner/Rookie of the Week
Brian Wersan – St. Joseph’s-L.I.
Junior, Holbrook, NY/Sachem North HS
Competing at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 3, Wersan finished 44th overall with a time of 27:55.62…field consisted of 287 runners…St. Joseph’s placed 12th in the 43-team field. 

Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
Christine Cristobal – St. Joseph’s-L.I.
Senior, Dix Hills, NY/Half Hollow Hills HS
Cristobal garnered All-ECAC distinction after placing 14th overall with a time of 23:47.96 on Nov. 3…field consisted of 284 competitors…named the Skyline Runner of the Week for the second time this season…SJC placed fifth out of 41 teams.

Men's Soccer Player of the Week
John Dettori – St. Joseph’s-L.I.
Senior, Forward, Bay Shore, NY/Bay Shore HS
Dettori scored two goals against both NYU-Poly (4-2) and Mount Saint Mary (3-0) as St. Joseph’s-L.I.  earned its first Skyline title since 2009…named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2012 Championship…has amassed 21 goals and 50 points on the year…named the Skyline Player of the Week for the fifth time this season. 

Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week
Fabio Alves – St. Joseph’s-L.I.
Junior, Forward, Holbrook, NY/Sachem East HS
Alves compiled three points in a pair of victories as St. Joseph’s-L.I. captured the 2012 Skyline title…recorded a goal and an assist with five shots in the Golden Eagles’ 4-2 semifinal victory over NYU-Poly…amassed four shots in a 3-0 win versus Mount Saint Mary on Nov. 4…named the Skyline Rookie of the Week for the second time.
