The game started with both teams trading baskets as Allen would hit a three-point basket to pull SJLI ahead by five points, just over five minutes into the first half

A Tabada three-pointer would tie the game at 32 and would spark a 15-4 Golden Eagles run to close out the first half with an 11-point lead

St. Joseph's started the second half on a 13-0 run that was capped off by an Allen jump shot to pull ahead 60-36 with just over 14 minutes remaining in the game

The Cardinals cut the lead down to just 13 with just four minutes to play on a Kila three

A block on behalf of York College allowed a dunk by Kila, followed by an SJLI turnover that led to a Malaki Clark three to bring the score 80-69 with two minutes to play
