Men’s Golf Competes in Skyline Championship Tune-Up

Farmingdale, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) men's golf team placed sixth in a field of seven teams at the Farmingdale State Skyline Invitational at Bethpage Red on Friday afternoon.

The Golden Eagles totaled 350 points (+70) and finished 44 strokes behind first-place Farmingdale (306).

SJC was led by junior Joseph Tantillo, who shot a team-best 81 (+11) and tied for 13th place overall. 

Freshman Ryan Kayton posted a score of 87 (+17) and senior Justin Conroy finished in 25th place (89).

Sophomore Patrick Diecidue shot a 93 (+23) and took 28th place. 

The Golden Eagles return to action on Sunday, September 22 when they compete at the Skyline Conference Championships at Bethpage Red. Action on Sunday begins at 10:00 am and picks up at 9:00 am on Monday morning.
