Men's Tennis Surrenders Skyline Affair to Farmingdale

Patchogue, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Farmingdale State in a Skyline Conference showdown at home on Thursday afternoon and fell to 2-9 (2-5 Skyline) on the season. The Rams improve to 10-5 and sit in second in the conference standings with a 5-2 mark.

Chris Corrao and Peter Rasmussen suffered an 8-0 first doubles defeat while Matt Dioguardo and Philip Branigan (2nd doubles) and Brian Merle and Matt Gilley (3rd doubles) were handed 8-1 and 8-3 losses, respectively.

Corrao (1st singles) would fare best (1-6, 3-6) among the SJC contingent in the singles competition.
