Brian Wersan Wins NJAC Track Athlete of the Week Award
NJAC TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Wersan becomes the first Golden Eagle to ever earn NJAC Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to Middletown, CT to compete at the Wesleyan Invitational. He placed first in a field of 14 competitors in the 800 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 1:58.33. He also was a member of the Golden Eagles' 4x400 meter relay which placed third in a field of seven teams with a time of 3:44.06. The winning performance by Wersan in the 800 meters currently ranks as the top NJAC time in the event this season.
