Track & Field’s Morales Breaks SJC Record at Day 1 of Golden Eagle Invitational

Farmingdale, N.Y. – The men's and women's outdoor track & field teams opened its first day of competition at the inaugural St. Joseph's College Golden Eagle Invitational held at Farmingdale State College.

Freshman Alejandro Morales (Bellport, N.Y./Bellport) broke the school record in the shot put with a distance of 10.89m.

The men's and women's outdoor track & field team will open day two of competition tomorrow, March 24 at John Danzi Stadium at St. Joseph's College. The day is slated to begin at 10 a.m.
