Jones Lands on Skyline Weekly Honor Roll

New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon and amongst the winners was senior Tyler Jones of St. Joseph's College (L.I.) who was named to the men's volleyball Weekly Honor Roll.

Jones averaged 10.33 assists per set in a 3-0 week for the Golden Eagles. The setter recorded season-highs of 48 assists and 12 digs in the 3-2 victory over No. 14 Juniata College on 3/9 while posting 47 assists with nine digs in 3-1 win over Wentworth Institute of Technology later in the day.

Earlier in the week, he dished 29 assists with five digs and three blocks in a 3-0 sweep of Ramapo College.

As of Monday afternoon, Jones leads the Skyline and ranks 15th in the NCAA Div. III averaging 9.24 assists per set.

The Golden Eagles open up Skyline Conference action on Wednesday, March 13 when they host St. Joseph's College-BK at 7:00 pm.
