Track and Field Wraps Up Season at ECAC Championships

Baltimore, MD| Members of the St. Joseph's College outdoor track and field team competed in the Eastern Colligate Athletic Conference (ECAC) championships this week at Johns Hopkins/Loyola Track and Field Complex.

Freshman David Maitre competed in the 110-meter hurdles finishing fifth out of eight in the finals with a new school record of 15.45 before posting a 1:00.15 time in the 400-meter hurdles. Junior Daniel Antonawich finished just ahead of Maitre at 13th out of 22 in the same 400-meter race with a time of 58.68.

Junior Jennifer Holownia placed 5th out 16 in the women's 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:08.

On the field, senior Gabrielle-Ada Mason placed 4th in the women's pole vault with a mark of 3.03 meters. Freshman Brandon Phan competed in the men's triple jump coming in 12th with a mark of 12.92 meters.
