SJC Women’s Lacrosse Team Receives IWLCA Academic Honors

Grand Lake, CO| On Monday, the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association recognized 128 programs for earning IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Squad honors for the 2015 campaign. For a school to be considered, the team must have had a combined GPA 3.0 or higher.  

The 2015 Skyline Conference champion St. Joseph's College (L.I.) women's lacrosse team was among the programs honored. After topping Farmingdale State 7-5 in the conference final, the Golden Eagles would go on to defeat Keene State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament before falling to Trinity (Conn.) in the second round.
