Danbury, Conn.| Courtney Bocchieri of the St. Joseph's College (L.I.) women's volleyball team was selected as ECAC Division III Metro Region Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday afternoon, as per the conference's website.

The middle hitter recorded a career-high 18 kills in a 3-1 win over NJCU on Saturday afternoon in what was the highlight of a weekend that saw her rack up 49 kills through four matches (SJC went 4-0). The senior collected game-high totals in kills in all four matches and notched double-digit kills in three contests including in both matches of a Skyline tri-match against Maritime and Mount St. Mary's on Sunday. Bocchieri is currently third in the Skyline Conference in hitting percentage with a .249 mark.

The Bay Shore, NY native, who was selected as Skyline Conference Player of the Week on Monday, is a regional award winner for the first time in her career.
