The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) women's volleyball swept Sarah Lawrence 3-0 in the Danzi Center on Senior Night.

• Setters Katie D'Angelo and Karen Barrera Carreno dished 18 and 10 assists, respectively

• Libero Kellianne Dempsey collected a match-best 24 digs

• Juniors April Sexton and Jackie Wolf finished with double-figure digs with 16 and 15

• Skyler Kawecki Muonio and Mia Rector led the Gryphons with seven kills apiece

How it happened

• The Golden Eagles trailed 20-15 in the opening set, but five unanswered points in favor of SJLI knotted the score at 20. The teams exchanged points down the stretch and a kill from Gremli secured the 25-23 win

• Neither side led by more than three in the second set, ultimately needing extra points to declare a winner. Ahead 25-24, Sexton served an ace for the 26-24 win

• St. Joseph's breezed through set three for a 25-11 win to take the match 3-0
