St. Joseph's College (L.I.) Vice President & Senior Director of Athletics & Recreation Shantey M. Hill announced in August of 2018 the appointment of Vicki Andruszkiewicz to the position of head coach of the institution's women’s basketball team.

Andruszkiewicz spent the past three seasons as the head coach of the women’s basketball and softball teams at SUNY Delhi. With the women’s basketball program, Andruszkiewicz oversaw the team’s transition from the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) to NCAA Division III.

In 2017-18, Andruszkiewicz’s side posted a 17-13 overall record and reached the Northeastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (NIAC) championship game. Andruszkiewicz was named American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) Coach of the Year and saw three of her players earn USCAA All-American honors, including First-Team selection Samiaya Salley (23.8 PPG).

In addition to her head coaching duties with the women’s basketball and softball programs, Andruszkiewicz also served as SUNY Delhi’s interim Senior Woman Administrator and the institution’s first-ever Student-Athlete Advisory (SAAC) coordinator.

Prior to Delhi, Andruszkiewicz was an assistant coach at Randolph College (2013-2015) in Lynchburg, VA and UMass Dartmouth (2010-2011) in North Dartmouth, MA. Andruszkiewicz assumed the role at UMass Dartmouth a year after graduating from the institution in 2009. As a four-year student-athlete, Andruszkiewicz was an All-Academic selection four times, a Little East Conference Player of the Week and team captain during her senior season.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Dartmouth in 2009, Andruszkiewicz completed her Master of Science in sport management from Florida State University in May of 2013.
