New York, NY| Five Golden Eagles were recognized with Skyline recognition when the conference released its weekly awards on Tuesday morning.

Junior CJ Johnson of the men's volleyball team was named Player of the Week, and Jack Kelly of the baseball team was named Pitcher of the Week 

Additionally, senior Ryan Decoursey of the baseball team, Emily O'Mara of the women's lacrosse team, and Michael Carere of the men's lacrosse team all secured Weekly Honor Roll recognition.

CJ Johnson (Jr.) - Men's Volleyball Player of the Week  

Johnson led the Golden Eagles to a 2-0 week in Skyline Conference playoff action. The junior recorded a total of 86 assists averaging 10.75 assists per set across two matches, finishing with a game-high 56 assists coming in the championship game against Ramapo. The setter also accumulated nine kills with a .533 hitting percentage while also adding one service ace. The Holbrook, NY native also produced on the defensive end of the court as he tallied 14 digs and five total blocks, with four block assists and one block solo.

Jack Kelly (So.) - Baseball Pitcher of the Week

Kelly improved to 4-0 on the season allowing just two runs with six strikeouts in a six-inning start against SUNY Purchase.

Ryan Decoursey (Sr.) - Baseball Weekly Honor Roll

Decoursey went 6-for-11 at the plate with two walks and a hit by a pitch for a .545 batting average in a 3-0 week for the Golden Eagles. The senior recorded two doubles and a .727 slugging percentage. The shortstop knocked in three runs while scoring five and had multiple hits in all three games. The Centereach, NY native was 2-for-4 with a double, a run, and two RBIs in a 12-5 win over NJCU and also was 4-for-7 with four runs scored and an RBI in a doubleheader sweep of SUNY Purchase.

Emily O'Mara (Jr.) - Women's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll 

O'Mara led the Golden Eagles with six goals and three assists, for a total of nine points across two Skyline Conference matchups on the week. The junior collected four ground balls while contributing five draw controls.

Michael Carere (Sr.) - Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll

Carere Led the team on the week with an impressive nine goals in two Skyline Conference matchups. The junior also recorded an assist to add up to a total of 10 points. The midfielder was successful on 10 out of 23 faceoffs and collected a team-high 12 ground balls.
