Men's Golf Competes at Old Westbury Invitational

Westbury, NY| The St. Joseph's University (L.I.) men's golf team placed seventh in a field of seven competing teams at the SUNY Old Westbury Invitational at Eisenhower Park White Course on Friday afternoon.

SJLI posted a team score of 370, which was 82 strokes over par and 63 strokes off of first-place Farmingdale State.

Ray Kayton and Gavin Melandro were St. Joseph's top performers tied in 16th place with a scores of 86 (+14).

Conor Conzone and Joseph Clarkin tied for 30th place (99, +27), and Jonathan Eckhert finished in 32nd (104, +32).

The Golden Eagles wrap up their 2021-22 season at the Thread City Invitational hosted by Eastern Conn. State University on Sunday, May 1.
