Men's Volleyball Extends Win Streak to 10

Patchogue, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) men's volleyball continues to dominate Skyline Conference play with a 3-0 win over the College of Mt. St. Vincent in the Danzi Center on Thursday evening.

The Golden Eagles claimed 27-13, 25-13, and 25-12 wins in straight sets to improve to 22-3 on the season with a 12-0 conference record. The Dolphins fall to 5-12 overall, 5-7 Skyline.

SJC's Mark Jensen led all players with 12 kills on the night with three service aces while picking up four digs. Paul Curaro added seven kills with Mark Williams finishing with five kills and four digs. 

Setters Clint Johnson and Michael Lane dished 15 and 14 assists, respectively. Libero Thomas Renick collected match-best eight digs. 

CMSV's James Rose led the Dolphins with four kills. Kyle Thompson finished with three kills and a team-best four digs. Setter Terence Strehle tossed eight assists.

The Golden Eagles return to the Danzi Center on Saturday, April 2 when they host St. Joseph's College-Brooklyn at 12:00 pm.
