Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Brian Wersan – St. Joseph's-L.I.
Senior, Holbrook, NY/Sachem North HS
Wersan finished eighth overall on Sept. 21 at the Bard Invitational with a time of 25:41 on the 8K course…field consisted of 187 runners…earns his fourth Skyline Runner of the Week award of the season…St. Joseph's-L.I. placed third out of 22 teams. 

Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week
Nick Diaz – St. Joseph's-L.I.
Freshman, Hauppauge, NY/Hauppauge HS
Diaz garners his fourth Skyline Rookie of the Week honor as he posted a time of 27:33 at the Bard Invitational on Sept. 21…placed 28th in a field of 187 runners…the Golden Eagles finished third in the 22-team field.

Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Katherine Henri - Purchase
Sophomore, Staten Island, NY/Notre Dame Academy
Competing at the Bard Invitational on Sept. 21, Henri finished sixth overall in a field of 175 runners with a time of 18:21 on the 5K course…the Panthers placed eighth out of 16 teams.

Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week
Ashley Maresca – The Sage Colleges
Sophomore, Brant Lake, NY/North Warren Central HS
Maresca was the second Gator to cross the finish line on Sept. 21 at the Bard Invitational in a time of 20:36…placed 38th overall in a field of 175 competitors…tabbed the Skyline Rookie of the Week for the second time…Sage finished seventh in the 16-team field.

Women's Volleyball Players of the Week
Heather Ferchland – St. Joseph's-L.I.
Sophomore, MH, Selden, NY/Centereach HS
Ferchland averaged 3.92 kills over 13 sets in a 3-1 week for the Golden Eagles…recorded a match-high 24 kills on Sept. 17 in a 3-2 loss at William Paterson…had a team-high 10 kills on Sept. 18 in a 3-1 win over St. Joseph's-Brooklyn…compiled 10 kills and five digs in a 3-0 victory over William Paterson on Sept. 21.

Helen Putriment – The Sage Colleges
Junior, OH, Troy, NY/Cobleskill/Rochmondville HS
Putriment registered a double-double in all three of Sage's matches on the week while averaging 4.33 digs and 3.0 kills over 12 sets…amassed 13 kills and 20 digs on Sept. 19 in the Gators' 3-1 win at SUNY Cobleskill…tabbed the Skyline Player of the Week for the second time this season. 

Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Rachel Sabatini – Mount Saint Mary
Freshman, OH, Hopewell Junction, NY/John Jay HS
Sabatini averaged 3.10 kills and 2.30 digs over 10 sets in a 1-2 week for the Knights…collected a match-high 17 kills on Sept. 21 as MSMC edged Mount Aloysius, 3-2…registered 13 kills in a 3-0 loss to Marywood on Sept. 21.
