SJC Tops with 59 Student-Athletes Named to the Skyline Conference Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Commissioner Linda Bruno has announced the Skyline Conference Academic Honor Roll for the 2013-14 Winter & Spring sports, which honors student-athletes in the conference with a 3.3 grade point average or better while competing in men's and women's swimming, men's and women's basketball, - Baseball, - Softball, men's tennis, men's volleyball and men's and women's lacrosse. 

Fifty-nine student-athletes from St. Joseph's College-Long Island are members of the Academic Honor Roll for the 2013-14 Winter and Spring seasons.  That total is the most among all Skyline institutions.

"It's an honor to recognize these student-athletes who truly exemplify what the college experience is all about," says Bruno. "Their commitment to athletic and academic achievement is inspiring and should serve as an example to all."

There are 389 members of the Academic Honor Roll for the Winter/Spring of 2013-2014 from the ten full member institutions and five affiliate institutions.
