ECAC Player of the Week Announcement for Feb. 3

Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Amanda Bender – St. Joseph's-L.I.
Senior, Forward, East Northport, NY/Northport HS
Bender scored 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in each of the Golden Eagles' contests on the week versus NYU- Poly (W – 82-48) on Feb. 2 and Purchase (L – 75-66) on Jan. 29…added three assists, three blocks and a steal…drained four field goals from beyond the arc…named the Skyline Player of the Week for the fourth time this season.

Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Lineker St.Hilaire - Purchase
Sophomore, Guard, Wyandanch, NY/Wyandanch HS
St.Hilaire averaged 15.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.6 steals and 5.0 assists in three victories for the Panthers…scored 18 points on Feb. 2 in an 85-28 win over the College of New Rochelle…scored 17 points, dished out seven assists and registered seven steals in a 75-66 victory against St. Joseph's-L.I. on Jan. 29…earns her fourth Rookie of the Week citation of the season.
