McCann Dubbed MLAX Offensive Player of the Week

New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Tuesday afternoon, and amongst the winners was senior Tim McCann who was named Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week.

Additionally, senior Lindsay Ness (SB), sophomore Riley Lim-Ellis (SB), and junior John Lynch (BSB) appeared on Weekly Honor Rolls in their respective sports.

Tim McCann (Sr.) - Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week
McCann broke the SJC career goals record (63) with a seven-goal performance against Mt. St. Vincent. The senior added a goal and an assist against Maritime.

Lindsay Ness (Sr.) - Softball Weekly Honor Roll
Ness was 12-for-20 while hitting at a .600 clip across six games for the Golden Eagles. The senior finished with a .99 slugging percentage belting six doubles, knocking in eight RBIs while scoring seven runs. The catcher went 6-for-6 with four doubles, four runs scored, and three RBIs in a doubleheader with SUNY Old Westbury.

Riley Lim-Ellis (So.) - Softball Weekly Honor Roll
Lim-Ellis led the Golden Eagles at the dish going 7-for-10 for a .700 batting average. The sophomore finished the week with a .700 slugging percentage and a team-leading .769 on-base percentage while recording four RBIs and three runs scored. She went 3-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored in an 8-3 win over Old Westbury.

John Lynch (Jr.) - Baseball Weekly Honor Roll
Lynch hit .429 going 3-for-7 with a pair of doubles, two RBIs, and a run scored in a split with SJC-Brooklyn.
