Baseball and Softball Cancel Spring Trips

Patchogue, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) department of athletics announced on Monday that its baseball and softball teams have canceled their spring trips to Arizona and Florida, respectively, due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

Baseball was set to play 10 games from March 14 to March 18 in Tucson, AZ while the softball team had eight games scheduled at The Spring Games in Leesburg, FL Mach 13 to March 16. 

Both teams hope to add local contests over the next two weeks. Dates to be determined.
