Women's Lacrosse Earns IWLCA Academic Honor Squad Recognition

Northborough, MA| The St. Joseph's College women's lacrosse team was named an Academic Honor Squad by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) as announced on Monday afternoon.

To be eligible for the Honor Squad a team must post a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and for the sixth consecutive season Golden Eagles with a 3.48 GPA have earned their spot along with 285 schools across Div. I, II, III, and NAIA.

In addition, four Golden Eagles qualified for the IWLCA Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater. Seniors Tori Staker and Sarah Baumann along with juniors, Jillian Hummel and Breanna Daly were honored along with 766 student-athletes across 282 schools.
