New York, NY| Six Golden Eagles received Skyline Conference Weekly recognition with junior Gianna Dickson and graduate student Matt Lopez earning top honors when the conference released its weekly awards on Tuesday morning.

Additionally, senior Madison Gremli (women's volleyball), sophomore Bailey Meyer (men's golf), and freshmen Ryan Steinberg (men's cross country) and Brandon Flaherty (men's soccer) landed on Weekly Honor Rolls in their respective sports.

Matt Lopez (Gr.) - Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Lopez was the top overall finisher at the New Paltz Invitational with a time of 27:30.5, about 23 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher, The grad guided the Golden Eagles to a second-place overall team finish, the first Skyline team, out of 13.

Gianna Dickson (Jr.) - Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Dickson finished second overall out of 83 runners at the New Paltz Invitational turning in a time of 25:52.5. The junior led the Golden Eagles to a third-place finish out of 12 teams.

Madison Gremli (Sr.) - Women's Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll

Gremli led the Golden Eagles with 24 kills averaging 3.09 kills per set while adding 26 digs and three service aces. Against Hunter College, she finished with a double-double of 10 kills and a team-best 14 digs with three aces before knocking down 16 kills and hit at a .265 clip against Emmanuel.

Bailey Meyer (So.) - Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Meyer shot a team-best 78 (+8) at the MSMC Invitational guiding the Golden Eagles to a fourth-place finish.

Ryan Steinberg (Fr.) - Men's Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll

Steinberg finished ninth overall out of 94 runners at the New Paltz Invitational with a time of 29:37.3.

Brandon Flaherty (Fr.) - Men's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll

Flaherty scored one goal for the Golden Eagles in a win against Medgar Evers.
