Men’s Golf Competes at American International Invitational

Springfield, MA| The St. Joseph's College (L.I) men's golf team competed at the American International College Invitational on Saturday and Sunday and earned a 10th-place finish in a field of 10 competing institutions.

Senior Patrick Standard posted a two-day score of 157 and finished tied for 28th, 15th strokes off individual champion Tommy Ethier of Bentley.

Sophomore Joseph Tantilllo shot a 161 (+17) and tied for 37th, while senior Andrew Maiorca (170, +26) took 50th.

Senior David Doolin (175, +30) and freshman Patrick Diecidue (185, +41) placed 54th and 56th, respectively.

The Golden Eagles return to action on Friday, September 28 when they host a Skyline Conference tri-match at Bellport Golf Club at 11:00 am.
