Women's Swimming Recognized as Fall CSCAA Scholar All-America Team

Norfolk, VA| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.)  women's swimming team was selected as a College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Division III Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2016 semester as announced by the organization on Wednesday morning.

The Golden Eagles boasted a 3.35 GPA and were joined by Skyline Conference rival Sarah Lawrence in the field of 151 Division III programs honored.

To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, a program must have earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the specified semester. In total, a record-breaking 638 men's and women's teams across Divisions I, II, III and the NJCAA received recognition.

St. Joseph's wraps up its 2016-17 season this Friday and Saturday, January 27 and 28, at the Skyline Conference Championships hosted by SUNY Purchase.
