The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) men's tennis suffered a 9-0 Skyline Conference loss at home against Manhattanville College on Sunday afternoon. 

How it happened

• The Valiants swept all three doubles flights for an early match lead. Ryan Freeley and Nick Nemickas recorded the Golden Eagles' lone point against James Hourih and Westin Goodwin but ultimately fell 8-1

• Nemickas and Anthony Flaccomio faired best in #2 and #5 singles, respectively, recording scores 2-6, 1-6

• Jake Gaudiello was the only other Golden Eagle to record a point in #4 singles but was defeated 6-0, 6-1
