Cross Country Competes at LIU Fall Festival

The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) women's and men's cross country teams competed at the LIU Fall Festival on Saturday afternoon.
Top performers

Freshman Ryan Steinberg led the men's team and finished 68th overall in the 8k race with a time of 29:55.00

Graduate student Patrick Wuss finished just about a minute behind him at 30:57.7 with sophomore Kyle Wasson rounding out the top three with a time of 32:08.8

The women's top performer for the second week in a row was junior Gianna Dickson, who placed 57th out of 117 with a time of 21:29.04

Senior Marissa Degni finished with a time of 22:22.5
