Women’s Lax Draws Lasell in NCAA Tournament First-Round

Indianapolis, IN| After earning its second Skyline Conference title in as many years on Saturday, the St. Joseph's College (L.I.) women's lacrosse team drew Lasell College in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament set to begin this coming Saturday, May 14.

The winner of Saturday's first-round fixture will face regional host The College of New Jersey in second-round action on Sunday.

The Golden Eagles enter the tournament with a 13-4 mark and take on a Lasell side that posted a 13-6 record in 2016. The Lasers were led up front by sophomore Taylor Yandow, who collected 48 goals and 12 assists for 60 points.
