New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon and amongst the winners were senor Frank Basile (men's basketball) and sophomore Megan Steinman (women's basketball) of St. Joseph's College (L.I.) who landed on Weekly Honor Rolls for their respective sports.

Frank Basile (Sr.) – Men's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll
Basile averaged 26.0 points- and 6.5 rebounds-per-game thought two games last week. In a 59-57 victory over Connecticut College on December 6, the guard posted his second double-double of the season with a game-high 22 points (8-for-18 FG) and 10 rebounds. In a loss at home to Yeshiva on December 8, Basile tallied a game-best 30 points on 9-for-23 shooting from the field and became the 15th player in program history to record his 1,000th career point. Basile, averaging 26.7 points-per-game, leads the conference in scoring and is averaging 4.7 points-per-game more than the league's second-best scorer.

Megan Steinman (So.) – Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll
Steinman averaged a double-double over two games last week for the Golden Eagles with 17.5 points- and 10.0 rebounds-per-game. The sophomore went for 15 points and 11 rebounds for her first double-double of the season in a loss to Mt. St. Vincent on December 3. The Lindenhurst, NY native went on to score a team-high 20 points with nine rebounds in a tight 79-77 home defeat to Yeshiva on December 8. Steinman's 12.6 points-per-game ranks her second on the team.
