How it happened
  • The game's lone goal came courtesy of a penalty opportunity in the 32nd minute of play. St. Joseph's Ritter guessed correctly with her move to the left side, but Martinez's shot was just out of reach into the nearside corner
  • St. Joseph's best scoring opportunity came in the 86th minute when Brooke Esposito sent a cross into Curcio whose shot was on target but hit off the crossbar and made its way back to the field
