Ruiz Receives All-ECAC Recognition

Danbury, CT| Sophomore forward Rayneri Ruiz was one of six players to earn All-ECAC Honorable Mention honors as announced on the conference's website on Wednesday morning.
Ruiz led the St. Joseph's College (L.I.) men's soccer team in goals (13) and points (31) in 2017 and factored into 56% of the team's total offensive production.
A two-time ECAC Metro Offensive Player of the Week, Ruiz led the conference in total shots (86) and shots-per-game (5.38) and was tied for second with four game-winning goals.
Additionally, the Skyline All-Conference First-Team selection ranked fourth in points and points-per-game (1.94) and was fifth in goals and goals-per-game (.813).
