Outsen Grabs Two More Honors from NCBWA and D3Baseball.com
Patchogue, N.Y. - St. Joseph's baseball pitcher Josh Outsen (Lindenhurst, N.Y./ Copiague), continues to rack of the awards following his perfect game against Yeshiva on April 24.
The sophomore right-hander threw a perfect game as SJC beat Yeshiva, 11-0, to improve the Golden Eagles record to 13-1 in their final conference game of the year. Outsen retired 11 Maccabees with K's, lowering his season ERA to 1.17.
Outsen also won this week's Skyline Conference Pitcher of the Week award.
