9 Golden Eagles Capture Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Honors

Louisville, KY| Nine members of the St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) softball team collected Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete accolades when the National Fastpitch Coaches Association revealed its 2021-22 academic honors on Monday.

Emily Bazarewski, Lauren Crawford, Samantha Dimezza, Madison DiPalo, Victoria Iavarone, Jenna Kreiling, Patricia McGloin, Cailyn Rodriguez, and Elena Serio were among the 2,227 NCAA Division III student-athletes honored with GPAs over 3.5 during the 2021-22 academic year.

As a team, St. Joseph's boasted a 3.44 GPA and ranked 80th among Division III institutions.

In total, the NFCA honored over 7,500 student-athletes across NCAA Divisions I-III, the NAIA, and the NJCAA.
