Similar to Thursday night against Sarah Lawrence, both teams squeaked out a win in the first two sets with the Golden Eagles taking set one 25-21 and the Cannoneers coming away with a 25-22 victory in set two

St. Joseph's used a 9-0 run in the middle of set three to build a 14-6 lead before cruising to a 25-15 win

The fourth set saw SJLI trailing by just one late in the frame, 21-20, but Pratt went on to score five of the final six points to tie the match at two sets apiece with a 25-21 win

A Gremli service ace gave the Golden Eagles a 5-1 lead in the decisive set before the hosts inched their back to knot the score at 7. The unanswered points win in favor of St. Joseph's, 10-7, and the visitors would hold on for a 15-9 win and take the match 3-2
