New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and amongst the winners was Erin MacDonell of the St. Joseph's College (L.I.) women's cross country team who was named Runner of the Week. Additionally, women's soccer's Christina Gagliardi and women's tennis' Nora Burnett were named to Honor Rolls in their respective sports.

Erin MacDonell (Jr.) – Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

MacDonell turned in a seventh-place finish at the annual Bard Invitational on Saturday with a career-best time of 19:35 in the women's 5k race. The junior finished 1:01 behind the top-placing finisher and was the highest placing Skyline runner at the event. The 2015 Skyline Rookie of the Year and All-Conference First-Team selection, MacDonell takes home her first-career Runner of the Week honor after being tabbed as Skyline Rookie of the Week four times last season.

Christina Gagliardi (Fr.) – Women's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll

Gagliardi netted the first two goals of her SJC career, and was credited with an assist, in a 4-0 victory over Maritime on Saturday afternoon. After picking up the helper on the opening tally scored by Mackenzie Nyitray, Gagliardi went for a second-half double to cap off the afternoon's scoring.

Nora Burnett  (Fr.) – Women's Tennis Weekly Honor Roll

Burnett earned two points for the women's tennis team in last week's 7-2 win over Mount St. Mary on Saturday afternoon. Paired with Erika Hesselbrig, the duo earned an 8-1 win at #3 singles before Burnett swept her #5 singles match, 6-3, 6-4.
