Thompson continued her stellar rookie campaign in helping the Lady Jays to a 1-1 week…She averaged 17.0 ppg and 9.5 rpg…Tallied her first double-double (21 pts., 10 reb.) against NYU, then had 13 pts. and 9 reb in win over Stevenson

AJ Matthews – Farmingdale State

Matthews had a monster effort in leading the Rams to a 2-1 week…He posted 3 double-doubles while averaging 23.7 ppg (60% FG) and 14.0 rpg…After posting 25 pts. and 16 reb. in a win over Baruch, he put up 26 and 18 in a win over Cobleskill, before adding 18 and 10 in the championship game vs. a strong Hamilton five
