Alec Tabada Earns Third Skyline Rookie of the Week Honor

New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and amongst the winners was freshman Alec Tabada, who was named Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the third time this season.

Additionally, junior Alyssa Adomaites appeared on the Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll.

Alec Tabada (Fr.) - Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Tabada averaged 21.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and shot 54.2% from the field in two games last week (SJC 1-1). The freshman scored a game-high 22 points (7-for-12 FG) with four rebounds and four steals in a loss at Manhattanville on January 15. Tabada posted team-highs in points (20) and rebounds (12) for his fourth double-double of the season in a win over Mount St. Vincent on January 12.

Alyssa Adomaites (Jr.) - Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll
Adomaites scored 22 points on 8-of-16 shooting in SJC's 87-71 win at Old Westbury on Thursday. The two-time player of the week lands on the Weekly Honor Roll for the fourth time in her career and third time this season.
