New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Tuesday morning, and amongst the winners were junior Alyssa Adomaites, who was named Women's Basketball Player of the Week, and Spencer Malloy (men's basketball) and Alison Cabanillas (women's swimming), who were named Rookies of the Week. 

Additionally, senior Marisa Tutone appeared on the Women's Swimming Weekly Honor Roll.

Alyssa Adomaites (Jr.) - Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Adomaites led the Golden Eagles in a 2-0 week averaging 30.5 points-per-game with 61 total points. The guard shot 64.1% from the field and 60.0% from three-point range while adding 12 rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Adomaites fell just one point short of the SJC single-game scoring record with 41 points on 16-for-27 shooting (59.3%) in the season-opening win over Hunter College on November 10. The junior earns Player of the Week honors for the first time in her career.

Spencer Malloy (So.) - Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Malloy averaged 18.5 points-, 8.5 rebounds-, 3.0 assists-, and 2.0 steals-per-game in two games last week. The center went for season-highs in points (19) and rebounds (11) for his first-career double-double in a 94-84 loss to York on Nov. 10. Malloy tallied 18 points with six rebounds and three steals against #2 Yeshiva at home on Sunday.

Alison Cabanillas (Fr.) - Women's Swimming Rookie of the Week
Finished in first place in all but one of her six events last week. Weekly top times as follows: 1,000 free (12:15.23), 500 free (5:59.53), 200 free (2:13.99). Was a part of the 200 freestyle relay team that placed second and set a new school record (1:49.59) in a home double-duel against Hunter and Queensboro CC on Sunday. SJC beat all four opponents last week and remains undefeated this season. 

Marisa Tutone (Sr.) - Women's Swimming Weekly Honor Roll
Helped lead SJC to a 4-0 week in two double-duels. Top times for the week: 50 free (26.67), 100 back (1:07.13), 100 free (59.83). Was a part of the 200 freestyle relay team that placed second and set a new school record (1:49.59) in a home double-duel against Hunter and Queensboro CC on Sunday. SJC beat all four opponents last week and remains undefeated this season.
