Alyssa Adomaites Earns Skyline, MBWA Honors

New York, NY| The Skyline Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and amongst the winners was Alyssa Adomaites, who was named Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

Additionally, the guard appeared on the Met Basketball Writer Association (MBWA) Weekly Divisions II/III Honorable Mention.

Adomaites averaged 31.5 points-per-game while shooting 55.6% (25-for-55) from the floor and 52.4% (11-for-22) from three-point range.

After knocking down 29 points against Manhattanville on January 18, the junior turned in a 34-point performance with seven rebounds, five assists, and three steals in a win over Sarah Lawrence on January 22. Adomaites is Player of the Week for the third time this season. 

Adomaites and the Golden Eagles return to action on Wednesday, January 26, when they host the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy for a Skyline Conference contest at 7:30 pm.
