Patchogue, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) baseball team dropped a non-conference contest 11-4 to William Paterson University at Gregg Alfano Field on Tuesday afternoon.

The Golden Eagles fall to 9-5 on the season as the Pioneers move to 13-8.

WPU tacked on six more runs in the top of the fourth highlighted by a two-run home run by Chris Liriano and a pair of RBI doubles from Dylan Habeeb and Vin Martin and extended their lead to 11-1.

A sacrifice fly off the bat of Nick Vicino (1-for-3, RBI) plated Ryan Decoursey (3-for-5, 2 R) in the bottom of the seventh before RBI singles from Charles Rainone (2-for-2, R, RBI) and Jack Kelly (1-for-2, RBI) in the bottom of the ninth move the game to its final 11-4.
